This constant engagement, while seemingly connecting us, often fragments our souls, leaving us feeling overwhelmed, depleted, and disconnected from the sacred inner sanctuary where true peace resides. The call to “be still” in Psalm 46:10 feels both ancient and acutely relevant, inviting us to a radical act of spiritual reclamation in a digitally saturated world.

Our spiritual heritage across many traditions emphasizes the profound importance of silence, solitude, and intentionality.
