Key Passage: Lamentations 3:22–23 – “Because of the LORD’s great love we are not consumed, for His compassions never fail. They are new every morning; great is Your faithfulness.”
Message:
There are mornings when we wake up burdened—with yesterday’s failures, doubts, or disappointments. But Scripture reminds us that each sunrise comes preloaded with mercy. God’s compassion doesn’t run dry; it’s fresh, abundant, and deeply personal.
Jeremiah wrote these words from a place of deep sorrow, yet in the middle of grief, he found the unshakable truth of God’s faithfulness. Mercy doesn’t erase our past, but it strengthens us to face the future with courage.
Every day is an invitation to walk in the newness of grace. We don’t have to earn it—just receive it with a heart that’s ready to begin again.
Application:
Take a few minutes in the morning to say, “Thank You, Lord, for fresh mercy.” Let it shape your attitude and interactions throughout the day.
Prayer:
Father, thank You for mercies that meet me every morning. I release yesterday’s weight and walk forward with hope. You are faithful, and I trust in You. Amen.
