While technology promises to bring us closer, it often leaves us feeling fragmented, anxious, and spiritually depleted. The constant pull of notifications, the comparison traps of social media, and the sheer volume of data can create a spiritual vacuum, making it challenging to cultivate the stillness and presence essential for a deep relationship with God. Our attention, a sacred commodity, is constantly contested, and we often find ourselves caught in a cycle of mindless consumption, drifting further from the peace that surpasses understanding.
